I sent a message through your website asking what the color was. I received several emails back...saying they were happy to be answering all my questions(?) and giving me "the price quote I requested". I did not request a price quote, only the color of the car! Then a salesman called me, and he said he does not see the questions sent through the website. Once again, I asked the color of the car - silver or white - and he said it was a "silvery white". (There is no such thing.) I flew to Houston and bought my CS430 from Texa Auto. They take the time to pull up the actual exterior and interior colors from the car's VIN number. Lexus has more one silver color, and I knew exactly what I was getting when I flew there to buy the car. I found many dealers on your site who "eyeball" the color and call it what they see. I was looking for saddle interior, and many dealers simply list it as brown. If we consumers are to select a new car online, a dealer should be expected to report the actual color as named by the auto maker. "
