The person assigned to me was too busy talking on the phone to show me the car. The person who showed me the car was A+ while I was at dealership but was an F when I had to wait a week for him to answer my email question about financing. I bought a 2012 Mustang convertible with 8,000 fewer miles for less elsewhere 3 days later. "
