Had an agreement in writing through email and going to buy car (2 hour trip from D.C.) which was being prepared with certified check. Do not trust this dealer! We are turning over information to Better Business Bureau - Their opinion that this was "completely legal". No evidence of actual purchase or purchase contract provided. Would not let us talk to sales agent who "sold" car. Also clear that our coming to purchase car was used to leverage any sales."
