The installation failed to work as advertised so upon completion I told the Service Manager [Steve Tinsley] that the Lopy Idle part was not working and he would not even listen to my Vehicle run setting an attitude that they had done all they could, so after taking up this problem with Ford Motor Company, Customer Relations and Ford Racing team to know advil I tried and tried to get Tommie Vaughn Ford to help me with no solutiom! I then went back for an upgrade which also did not work [Tinsley; Service Mgr.] showed a Bad Attitude toward me as well as Ford Customer Relations and Tommie Vaughn Ford then refunded my Service Charges, after much hassel, ending up not returning my phone calls or E-Mails so I turned them in to Ford with a bad CSI Customer Relations report making [Tinsley] very Mad IE giving me a feeling they washed their hands with my problem giving me a feeling of please do not return with this vehicle. I ,of course, have no desire to do so. George sockrider "
