"They weren't exactly clear in their communications and at times very unprofessional. Salesman told us that a lender approved us for a loan but failed to tell us that it was only for a specific car, and then proceeded to tell us the lendor would not approve the loan for their asking price and added an additional $1,000.00 to the deal . The financial manager while interviewing us he elected to take out his chew and proceeded to clean the rest of it out in a trash can in front of us which I thought was rude. In my opinion he treated us as if we were second hand citizens and felt uncomfortable to whole time, we don't have the best credit in the world and felt like they took advantage of us. I would not recommend them to anyone."
