When I reached Gulfport, only a few miles from the dealership. I was told they could not sale me the car. Since I had driven all the way out there I decided to see why. Not only was the car FILTHY but the headlights would not come on. Instead of checking the headlight bulbs nor fuses, they assumed it was an electrical problem. I missed work and school the next day due to another broken promise that the vehicle would be ready first thing in the morning. Not only was the car not ready, once again the next morning, they refused to lower the price of a different vechile that was only a couple hundreds out of my price range. I do not recommend them what so ever. Not to mention the 3 hour wait my mom had to wait just to test drive the vehicle in the first place! "

Asked if we could take the car to get an inspection outside of their dealership. We were told they were not selling the car to us. Asked us to leave. Feel once the car was put on the rack something was found. We were paying cash. Wanted to protect ourselves. Good luck if you deal with this bunch outside of Brewton, Alabama."

They were VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from them. "

Took the car in for it's FIRST rotation at another facility and we watched them rotate & they found a crushed rim that only a machine could cause. Something an educated consume could not find unless they asked the salesman to take off the tires for inspection! Yet the manager refuses to replace our rim for free. Only for his discounted price of $350!!! THen he blames the other tire company for crushing our rim & refuses to help us! Don't you think we'd go after the tire co that crushed it??? So we are driving on safety defect thanks to Ford until we can afford to replace it! "If you're not satisfied, we're not satisified" is their billboard! BS!!!!!!!!!
