The Dodge Nitro Slt with 3.5l and 4wd is a perfect vehicle for my wife. She is a small business owner and is picking up supplies daily for her business. The Nitro has a slide out "platform" in the rear that makes it so she doesn't have to bend over and lift supplies out. The 4wd is great in the snow so I don't have to worry about her getting stuck ...

"Was made to go to their show rooms on two occasions with guarantees that they could get me my vehicle even though they knew I lived almost two hours from them. They kept trying to make me pay more than what I wanted to pay. The used car floor are not allowed to negotiate further than the internet listing price. They guarantee that they can negotiate and get you the vehicle for your price then cannot deliver. They make you call your insurance to add the vehicle even before you go through financing; you then do not meet their tier one level and cannot get the vehicle at your price range. While there I over heard other customers arguing with sales people and realized I was not the only unsatisfied customer."

"worked with a sales rep for >24 hrs on a vehicle...waited for it to be inspected on the lift before I could come see it despite an obvious real interest in the vehicle. While on the lift a customer came in and bought the car I was waiting to come see. Lame, very lame. "It happens sometimes" was their response. BS in my mind...that vehicle should have been tagged sold or under contract or something till they told me it was okay to come see it. I was waiting all along for their okay and then they sell it??? Something is not right with that. Disappointed, very disappointed."
