In addition, it was overpriced for its condition, and rust-proofing had been sprayed over the top of mud and rust on the undercarriage, including the leaf springs and engine parts which are not supposed to be coated. We drove an hour and a half to see this vehicle and will NEVER do business with Sundance."

Took it to Ford dealership in Grand Rapids for a closer inspection and discovered a front axle inner seal leak and an obviously broken rear stabilizer arm link. Also found possible evidence that the car had been submerged in water at one time. Called Bill Snethkamp dealership back to have items fixed (wear and tear on items showed it had not happened during my drive back to Grand Rapids from Lansing after purchasing it), manager Brian gave me grief and told me front axle seal not covered by warranty. Finally got him to agree to fix the issues, and he told me I would have to drive back to Lansing to have the car fixed. I asked why I couldn't have the car fixed here in GR since I was assured I would be able to if I found any issues covered by warranty, I am told by Brian that he does not want to leave the repairs to any dealership, he wants to make sure the work is done properly. I finally take car back to Lansing on April 17th, and after the broken link is fixed I am told I need to take the vehicle to a Ford dealership in Grand Rapids to have the seal fix, to have the Ford service people call to work out payment. Vehicle finally fixed April 22, but the vehicle should have been properly inspected prior to being put out on the lot for sale, and I could have saved a trip back out to Lansing had they just agreed to coordinate with a dealership in Grand Rapids in the first place."

When I called they said they had the vehicle and to come on down and take a look. When I got there, the vehicle was magically "just sold", but the sales guy was more than willing to sell me a different vehicle. A few weeks later, I ended up purchasing that exact 2008 Acura TL Type S (yes, same VIN) from a completely different dealership. Days later, GR Motor Mall relisted the vehicle again with pictures and everything. So I called the sales department and made mention that i was calling with regards to the 2008 Acura TL Type S that they had just listed that morning. He proceeded to tell me, "YEAH! It's an awesome car, you should see it, come on down and take a look". I asked if they had it on the lot, he said not yet, but it will be here in 2 hours. After asking the price, he replied saying, not sure right now, but we'll work with you on what you're looking to spend, just come on down. It was at this point I decided to call him out on the listing and explained to him that he is listing MY vehicle. He didn't have much to say after that. Sounds to me like this dealership has a habit of listing vehicles they don't have as a marketing technique to get a customer to come down there and maybe they'll buy something else? Hmmm....seems a bit unethical."
