Dealer Rating: (11 reviews) "At first when I looked up websmart auto and spoke to them they seemed very nice, I was looking to purchase a car from there and I had inquired about the car for a few days. They called and made an appointment to see the car, the next day they texted me to confirm my appointment so I called to tell them I could come earlier which was no problem. I also asked if the car I was looking at was still there and he said yes, so 20 minutes later I get there and the car was already sold. So needless to say I felt duped. I agreed to look at other cars with another man that wasn't my original sales man. And we looked at cars he knew were out of my price range and he came off as he was just trying to make a quick commission off of me and acted like I didn't know the least bit about cars. Needless to say but I left without a car, I was very unhappy. So I browse for a few more days and come across an ad on for what seemed like the same car I went to look at on Saturday at websmart auto so I called to inquire about the car they posted about that Monday, come to find out it was the same car that was "sold" on Saturday at websmart auto which they shouldn't have posted about again if it was. A different man from websmart finally called me back again to say it was sold again. It wasn't a pleasant expirence."
