"After negotiation of agreed price, salesman failed to reveal a "documentation fee" of $800 that is a markup for the dealer. This is unregulated by Florida law, and purely discretionary. I wasted time and money to go to the car, with a price that was represented as the "sale price" and this was not disclosed until everything else had been negotiated. So much for going to a Mercedes Dealer expecting to be treated better than at a used car lot with shady car salesmen. Shame on them... Have bought 2 Mercedes before and never experienced this kind of unethical treatment by dealers. Paul T."
