He had two identical cars on his lot, one of which I was planning to buy. The only difference was that the one I was buying had a black interior and the other a beige interior. Jack sold my car when I had asked him to hold, and he switched VIN numbers around and tried to sell me the car that wasn't the one I wanted. Not a good place to buy from, the guy is shister and not a good guy. Overall experience was terrible and I never got my car because he sold it and lied to me. Also he treats his clientele terrible, he ignores all phone calls from customers and he's very arrogant."

Dealer Rating: (4 reviews) "The day I pick up my new 2003 expedition Pulled out the trucks gaslight came on truck no gas So I said no big deal I'll go put gas in it On my way to the gas station I get pulled over Left return light was out I show the cop all my paperwork told them I just picked it up! He let me go With a warning! Proceeded to order parts store got a new bold and gas of course ! Went home picked up my family We were going out to eat and they couldn't believe how Dirty the back of the truck was they never detailed it !!! Cost me $200 the following day to have it detailed ! That night driving my wife to the store stop at a light The truck started shaking And check engine light came on Call to dealer up and they just so happen to know What the problem was before they Even checked out the vehicle !!! Can't do nothing because It's Easter weekend !! Told me to bring it in Monday I took it to AutoZone to hook up to their computer to diagnose it Sure enough it was exactly what the dealer said the secondary coil ! And tell me how did the deal know that Without hooking up their Computer thing to diagnose it !!! I just slept in expection sticker on it said it was all good and sent me on my way to pick up the truck ! I want to recommend anybody ! Today's Monday morning I have to go back I'm sure looking to try and charge me for this !!!! Stay away from there"

They didn't reply until the next day and then with a phone message. They didn't leave a price in the phone message so I called them. Keep in mind I had emailed them twice asking for a price. When I spoke to the salesperson he didn't provide a price at the time of the phone call saying he had to talk to his manager, OK fine. The next day I spoke to him again and the game playing continued. I told him their was an identical vehicle for sale with 3,000 more miles than his vehicle. I also mentioned that this car had an automatic trans not a manual that the vehicle he was selling had. I know that a 6 speed automatic transmission has to be worth considerably more than a manual transmission, right? He tells me that since his car has 3,000 miles less than the one I am looking at that his car is worth the same amount because of having 3K more miles. He explains that 3,000 miles less is worth an additional 25 cents per mile. How in the world would anyone other than a complete idiot believe that for the reason? What a bunch of BS. I told him I didn't agree and he then hung up the phone on me. What a bunch of BS and what a JERK! My advice is do not waste your time with this dealership. Need I say more?"
