I was there several hours and even had the keys in hand when they told me they could not buy my car I was trading in. I had told them, when asked the front end had been repaired prior to my owning it. They offered me a new deal where they would offer me much less than original. I was so tired and confused by the time I left. It was a draaining and disappointing experience."
