"Well, I had a bad experience here the salesman here was great he
helped me out a lot but when I went to go sign the contract the
financial advisors are jerks. They told me a different price and then
kept trying to get me to sign the contract at the end I felt obligated to
sign so I told them no and believe it or not they told me well it looks
like there was no sale here to begin with and no money. When they
said that I took out the 5grand and they were eager to get me into a
year old car I wouldn't have mind but how they treated me nahhhhh!
The sales team here are great that's all I got to say."

"Very disappointed with this dealership. I do not recommend them at all. We where going to trade our vehicle there to buy a new one and left ours there so we could take the new one over night and we decided that we didn't like it. But when we went back to pick ours up they all ready had 5 families looking at ours when no deal was even done. And to top it off we had more tan a 1/4 of a tank of gas when we went there but it was empty. And if that wasn't enough the check engine light was on when it was never on before. This is not all tba happened but I'm not going to write my whole experience with these people just beware and take your time when looking for a new or used car. I highly do NOT recommend Ancira at all. They don't even deserve 1 star."

"The salesperson I spoke to by phone was inexperienced and unhelpful. I asked him some very basic questions about financing rates. He said he couldn't tell me about that; I would need to talk to someone in the finance dept. Pleeease! Any salesperson should be able to intelligently discuss financing options. I decided to look elsewhere."
