"I have to run it by my manager", We have "policies", Can't pick it up Thursday...that's too long for it to sit here (it had been there 90 days already). Poor experience, I'm shopping for a new car in a couple of months and will NOT go to Honda Bloomfield"

"Used car team wasn't too coordinated. Had a truck listed on their web site. Made numerous e-mail contacts and scheduled a test drive. The night before the test drive, the salesman e-mailed that another salesman had already sold the truck. Very disappointing. There should be better coordination among the sales staff before getting a buyer's hopes up. :("

"The advertised vehicle was in VERY BAD condition, rust throughout, grinding, shaking, and in need of new brake rotors, drums and pads (very unsafe). In addition, it was overpriced for its condition, and rust-proofing had been sprayed over the top of mud and rust on the undercarriage, including the leaf springs and engine parts which are not supposed to be coated. We drove an hour and a half to see this vehicle and will NEVER do business with Sundance."
