Once I got there he glorified himself as the salesman of the year and the top salesman in the company. He was rude manipulating, aggressive and did not care about customer service in made me feel like it was his way or the highway.. He He clearly let me know that he was from the middle east and that's how he did business that aggressive way so I got up and left. Thank you for people like Danzo Who is the manager in finance he was an awesome customer service person who made me feel better and I decided to buy the car not because of him not Manny the rude sales man but Denzo the carrying and amazing person who's priority is customer service. Please avoid Manny unless you want to treated unfair.. "

I didn't smell any smoke until I opened the car door. The salesperson couldn't answer any questions without asking someone else first. She said she would followup with an email the next day about some questions I had but that never happened. Needless to say we did not buy the car and would not go back there."

The car that I was interested in was "certified" but had nearly bald tire on the rear (should be >60% tread to be certified). This concerned me a little, as I expect a certified car to meet certain standards, and this could be an indication of other missed items. I did make an offer for the car, which included replacement of the rear tires, and after the sales manager did not accept my offer, I left. I then received at least 10 phone calls from them to come back, although they made it clear that they would not adjust the price from their advertised sale price, and I also made it clear that my offer was final during each phone call (this was a bit annoying - why they kept calling me?). Eventually, I found a car at another Chevrolet dealer that I believe was a better deal, and a better experience. Although I think this dealer is acceptable, it does not compare to the experience I received at a competitor Chevrolet dealer."
