Dealer revealed several inconsistencies, including a lower price advertised on the car windshield than that negotiated over the phone (and they didnt even bother to remove it before picking me up in it at the airport). Can't believe that anyone would allow a customer to fly in for a car so out of synch with how it is represented and expect to make a sale, never mind hold onto any semblance of self respect. "

I was told my trade in was worth $8500.00 which after investigating was low, their answer was that they hoped to sell it for $10,000.00. OK, they need a profit, but they listed it on car gurus for 12,995.00. I understand business need to make a profit but be honest about it, I feel I was deceived by the sales manager and I am very sticky about honesty. Know what your trade in is worth if you deal with this dealership"
