“Great SUV for hauling around 7 people”
Purchased this as a Certified Used Car about 2.5 years ago and have enjoyed the vehicle very much. It does a very good job in the snow and ice. "Worst experience ever. We were specifically looking for a used car with manual transmission. Salesman wasted over 1 h of our time, allegedly checking inventory in the store, even though there was only one such car on the lot (which we had already found). That one didn't have AC, so we weren't interested, but he insisted that it did, and that took more time. Finally , we had the apparently obligatory meeting with the sales manager who tried to steer us to a new car, with the really lame excuse that taking a car payment on is a good thing because it will establish credit. "

"would not recommend, sent email expressing interest in 2 specific cars, expliciting stating if they were not available to advise me immediately, when I arrived I was then told that one was not available, additionally the car had several warning lights on and bald tires-they said they'd fix the problems except the tires and would not deduct anything for that. Additionally, although I know my credit is not great, paying almost 50% interest is out of the question."

wait until next day for an answer ( since I had credit issues) on an
approval. Received a call that I was approved by a finance company. I
asked what the terms were. They said they didn't know and would call me
back. Never heard back from them. So I decided to go with someone else. "
