I couldn't believe how rudely he was willing to treat a customer. He thought that I had asked him over and over about it, though when I looked back at the emails, I had only asked once about it and he never responded, so I asked again on the phone and got chewed out. And HE ended up hanging up on ME. I am glad I had that conversation with him to keep me from driving all that way and wasting my time on a rude guy."

I found a vehicle listed online that I wanted to test drive and called to setup an appointment because I live almost two hours away. After getting there I found the vehicle parked at the service building and asked if I could take it on a test drive. The lady at the front desk told me to walk back across the street and talk to a salesmen. I walked across the street and both salesmen were on the phone so I talked to another receptionist about the vehicle and asked if I could take it on a test drive. After we found the keys she told me I would need to go back across the street to get a dealer plate to drive the truck on the road. After going in to get the plate she walked out and informed me that the truck was already sold. I never got a call or anything and wasted a good portion of my day trying to buy the truck."
