an accident when the damage was clear. They also had a car
parked in front of the dealership which was painted the car was
a lemon (had lemons lined throughout the windshield and
inside the car) and not to purchase from the dealer."

"They are UNETHICAL. They tried to bait and switch..would not sell me
the car I wanted...told me it just got sold while we were talking, and
that I should take another....my husband called back the next day,
and the salesperson said it was available, and to come in for a test
drive.....a week later, my salesperson maintains it is sold, and my
husbands' salesperson says it is available. My Saleswoman kept me
there for 3 hours, wasted my whole afternoon, and in the end lied to
me!!!! Totally unethical!"

"bought a used honda prius. took the whole afternoon (4hrs) to check out 2 cars and test drive. one had a terrible wet dog smell but was 2 years newer and had same milage. ended up buying the older one with no smell for almost the same price. I was about to walk out but then they accepted my offer (the car had a dent in the step rail on the side, so I was asking for a mark down)."
