"completly changed my loan i had set up was soposed to have
mechanical breakdown coverage and ended up not haveing it had the
car ONE WEEK and blew intake gasket i had to pay for repair out of my
pocket they never returned my calls on this matter. i did get a great
deal on the car and other than the intake gasket issue has been a
great car. personally i will not buy another car from them but like i
said got a great deal and i mean smoken deal. so i wouldnt discourage
ne body from buyen from them but will throw up caution to be

"There were parts of my car buying experience with Dellenbach that were
excellent. Bruce Ford provided an excellent sales experience. He was
knowledgeable about the vehicle and accommodating to my schedule for
the first test drive as well as the final delivery. Kendra provided a prompt
call back after my first Internet inquiry. The only downside to the overall
experience was haing to wait for more than an hour after I thought I had
made an appointment for finally picking up the vehicle. The dealership
claimed that they were understaffed in that department and that it was a
very busy afternoon but both were unacceptable excuses for me to wait
for what amounted to a five minute visit with someone in their financing
department to sign the final papers."
