I told them I had found a similar car (Make, model, year, 10,000 less miles) for $1000 less than their asking price and they matched the price. They used autotrader to value my trade-in and made me an offer over the phone. I was worried they would try to re-trade the deal after they had my deposit but there was no "good cop/ bad cop" or other actions to try to extract more money. I asked for my alloy wheels to be swapped onto their car and they arranged for the service department to make the change for $60 which I felt was fair. This was very different from my past experiences with car dealers, I was impressed. If you are honest with them they will be honest with you. A happy customer."

We certainly understood the car was purchased AS IS, but at a minimum we expected that it would be safe to drive. Parts were missing or fell off of the vehicle on the drive home, we were told the stereo was new but the labels on the buttons were worn off, and they stated it had an oil change the week before but the coolant and wiper fluid were empty. This is a sad excuse for customer service, quality control and non-deceptive business practices. If you do choose to visit them, good luck."
