We purchased on a Wednesday, but the car had not been cleaned or inspected, since they had just got it in. We didn't mind waiting, so we said we'd pick it up Friday evening. Then my wife decided she'd like to drive it to an out-of-town meeting on Friday morning. On top of that, as a surprise for my wife, I decided I'd like to have a remote starter put on it before I picked up the car. I called Thursday morning about 8:30...Can I pick up the car this evening (Thursday) rather than Friday and oh by the way, can you install a remote starter before I pick it up? My salesman and the service department made the inspection, the remote starter and detailing all happen by 8:30 PM! I'll definitely buy more cars here and I recommend Byers highly."

Then that deal fell through, but all they wanted to do was schedule a test drive, but wouldn't talk about the price. I needed to negociate the price before driving close to 500 miles to look at a car that I might not have enough money to buy, so generally they weren't very helpful. But in their defense, most dealers aren't. They just want to get you on their lot so they can use high pressure sales techniques to sell you an over priced car. Sorry, that is just how I feel. I have only found one dealer that was different than that. "
