"Worst customer service ever experienced! Went through the whole
buying process with them. Made first trip to see car, got financed.
Made an appt to come back and pick up the car. When I got there
within the same hour, they sold the car to someone else! Wasted
time, trips, gas, energy, credit application process... After that I sent
an email to Matt and he never responded. Then sent emails for a
manager to contact me and I never heard from any of them again! "
