We have been looking for a used veihcle for over a month and couldnt find anything decent! Almost every dealer we went to we were not satisfied either from the service or the mechanical condition of the vehicles. When we got to Kmotors Ethan showed us couple of vehicles. We liked the way she handled us, she was very kind and informative and also very proffesional. Eventually we ended up buying a 2001 ford focus which suited our needs in terms of budget and reliability!!! We ended up being super happy since Ethanl ,the manger took care of us by giving us a great deal at the end. After a week one of the windows broke down and we called ethan to let him know. He was very kind and professional and even though we know that all used vehicle are AS IS , Gil repaired the window for us at no cost with the most proffesional manner. Secondly, when they run your credit (mind you they specialize in subprime borrowers), they do not disclose with you your credit information in a private.
