"J.R. was nice however it took me at least 2 hrs in there to received a poor
offer for trading my suv. J.R. left his office many times to check every
paper with his boss somewhere else. I think he needs to be more
empowered. It's my first time buying a car from a dealership but I had
the feeling they weren't 100% honest and fair with me. Living in SLC, why
should I go till Riverdale for that kind of service?"
