"I only give this dealer a 1 star rating because I do love my car I
just wish I wouldn't have bought it from this poor excuse of a
dealership. Frank was condescending and lied directly to
my face about 1. the free tank of gas that was promised and 2.
the tag and title taxes that were supposed to be included in their
"dealer procurement costs" which in the end ended up costing me
an additional $500 to register my car in N.C. I called and asked for
an explanation and no one was willing to take accountability, not
even a sincere apology."
