When we arrived the lobby was empty because everyone was in a staff meeting. This was awkward. Our overall experience was ok, however there was a comment made "since you left three other people have looked at this vehicle" this felt like a pressure sales tactic and who knows if it is true. The vehicle we bought has just a few other options that added to our decision. The dealer didn't add any further pressure when we said we were looking at another vehicle or that we need to go for a cup of coffee to privately discuss our thoughts. The dealer was polite and professional when we called back to tell them that we had made our decision to buy the other vehicle."

When we went to look under the hood we found a plastic pop bottle attatched to hoses and when we went to look under the car we found a transmission fluid that was leaking along with oil that appeared to be leaking as well. After finding these problems the car salesman became frustrated with us and was very rude in asking us what we would like him to do about it. He still tried to get the contract signed before even attempting to find out the causes to these problems. The next day i was called back from the car lot telling me that they would fix the problems with no extra cost to me and still tried pushing for the contract to get signed. After the way i was treated and the way the car was presented to me i feel i cannot trust this car lot or any car they attempt to sale. "
