"Overall a decent experience but while we were test driving the vehicle we were told the vehicle had Sirius Radio capablities, blue tooth, etc (the online advertisement also stated it had it) but they would have to turn it on for us. The salesman was new and was not familiar with it. After we had signed the papers an was asking about our 3-month free trial to all of this, the salesman discovered that the vehicle did not have those capabilites. He should have been more familiar with the vehicle before trying to sell it to someone. Needless to say, we were not happy. The GM came to speak to us and agreed to purchase a separate Satellite radio for us. There was no way to turn on Sirius radio because it is a factory install. We were bummed but bought the vehicle anyway. "

"I bought a vehicle a little over a year ago from this facility. One week into owning this vehicle the engine mis -fired and we have poured thousands of dollars into this car over the last year! I told the man when we bought the car we needed an honestly good car because it will be our only one and we have two children with asthma who may need emergency transportation at any given time! They assured me this vehicle was in great shape and told me they replaced the breaks, rotors, spark plugs... All of which we have had to replace within a couple months! I called them the first time the car mis-fired crying because we need this vehicle to work and they told me tough luck!"
