"The initial customer to sales service representative contact was
outstanding which lead to a positive sale. However, up-on and after
bringing the car home the check engine light came on which required
a converter replacement at a cost of $225,00, gear shift had to be
replaced due to cracked missing cover and hard shifting of 4 wheel
drive, costing $110,00. Car was delivered without the KEY FOBs and
1 KEY. Cost to replace these items approximately $340,00. The car
needs shocks replaced as it will bottom out when it pass over a
bump, estimate cost to replace shocks approximately $330.00. "
