"Don't bother using the IM on the web site. The person who you talk to does not no anything. She could not, or would not even tell me if a vehicle was on the lot. I gave her 4 stock numbers from their web site. She said someone would get back to me. Received an email from some guy, said he would take care of me. But he didn't have the info I requested. Received another email from someone else. She didn't have the info I requested. But she did say that the web site inventory was current, but is different. When you live 4 hrs. away and want to do business with a dealership they need to understand that maybe you can't spend time on the phone while at work. I need to use email to transact business. They just want to give you the runaround unless you give them your phone number. "

"Minus one star!!! They had us go all the way out there to see a Toyota Matrix they said they had a few hours ago and when we got there they said they had just sold it - even though they knew we were coming from Norman and had an appointment - they never called us to let us know it was sold. Then the only vehicle they were interested in showing us was a white Matrix - totally not what we had gone out to see - the advertized vehicle was a charcoal Matrix. This is not an honest dealer - they use the bait and switch theory. Even now, 7 days later, they still have the charcoal Maxtrix listed for sale on line. Don't buy from this dealer!"
