This is a poor way to do business. If I had indeed gotten there b4 him, I would not have pulled that from under him since he had appt. Dealer should have had me wait to come if car was still available. I wasn't sure if he actually had an appointment if he was just trying to get me down as soon as possible. VERY IRRIATATED.. Very poor way to do business.."
