"I researched a car online, had an email exchange with the sales
representative and we scheduled a time for me to drive up and see
the car. When I got there, he pointed off in some direction and
said the car is over there. As we walked toward another group of
cars, about 2 min. into the walk he said. "The car is actually not
here we sold it this morning." He then told me he would've
preferred to have sold it to me and pointed to another car. The car
I originally went to view and buy was a kia sportage and he
showed me a large SUV. I was not interested. When I was leaving
the 'manager/closer' came out and gave me another offer on some
cars similar to the Kia. He said he would have them ready by
Monday and we had set a price range. Monday came and I sent
an email about the arrangement and he had someone else call me
back and say "Sorry we actually can't sell the car to you for that
amount.""
