"As I requested that they respond via email; this after we had talked with them on the phone and test drove the car, they wouldn't respond to our email request. Our email request was due to the fact that neither myself or my wife could return to their office with our son; as we worked until we were closer to an agreement. We stated that we would be willing to come to their facility, if they responded with a counter offer. They wouldn't respond to our offer via email. Very disappointed in their follow through. "

"I did receive email communication from the dealership (Renee) although when I personally called the dealership on two different occasions I ended up being on hold for the internet sales department for LONG periods of time with NO internet sales staff ever answering the line or ever being prompted to leave a message. Eventually I would simply hang up. After the second call which concluded with the same result; I decided that I would no longer have any business communication with Larson Cadillac. "
