Short version, this dealership is still using outdated dealer tricks to mark up and conceal cost. I was told that there would be no compromise and that the price would not budge. When I asked for a sales manager to confirm, I was told he was on vacation. I asked how they sell cars then. He said the owner's son was there. I asked to speak with him. The salesman then hung up, stating he would talk with him (the owner's son). When the salesman called back, he said the owners son said NO to my offer and refused to speak with me on the phone. I told him that I felt this was poor service and he exclaimed that his job is "to convince people that they are getting a deal" and that it wasn't working with me so "I should go somewhere else." I did. I went ahead and bought a new one from a reputable dealer. In my family we have car's salesmen, and franchise owners. This is NOT how to handle business. Poor customer service and apparently the son has a chip on his shoulder."

I looked forward coming after talking to the salesperson Hamilton. He was the only positive in otherwise wasteful 2 ½ hours being there. I was greatly disappointed in the way I waited and sat there waiting on an answer or denial for purchasing this car. After two hours I came to the conclusion if you are not writing a check for the full amount or wearing a suit then you pretty much sight-seeing there. I had my young son there so show him with hard work and dedication you can get the car of your dreams but they shattered that dream and really humiliated me there. I will get my dream car (Corvette Z06) but will never go there again or recommend anyone there. Very Unsatisfied patron! "
