"Talked with the internet dept. on phone about a specific car I wanted to trade for. I was told they were "very aggressive" on valuing trades. Based upon that I drove 240 miles roundtrip from the west coast of Florida to the east coast and back. They weren't even close to a trade in value that I had from a dealer near my home. Drove back home and bought the car from the dealer near me that offered a fair trade allowance. The Vera people were courteous and professional, just not willing to deal as they said they would on the phone."
