You will not find a parking lot of cheesy, over aggressive car salespeople ready to pounce on you the moment you step out of your vehicle. . In fact, you may wonder the parking lot, wondering if anyone is even here. We bought a pre-owned car here 7/28/12 after visiting three dealerships (one happened to be next door and that is where all the cheesy, slick, disturbing, turnoff sales people are except for a Jr salesman who was a great young man). But I digress. We had complete freedom to look over the car we came to see without being pestered. When we were ready to talk cars, we went inside. We were met by a friendly, professional salesman, who wasted none of our time with with slick talk, and handed us the keys for a test drive, and being hot, offered an array of cold beverages. Even in negotiating the price, it was fast, fair, and no "manager" had to come close the deal. We dealt with our one guy. No nickle and dime-ing us. They wanted us to have the car and we wanted to have it. It was a win-win without all the BS so many dealerships offer. Sewell Cadillac of GV Pre-Owned department was wonderful to work with and had vehicles of all types of all price ranges that were clean and ready to show. They take the extra time to actually present the cars for sale, while several of the lots we visited had not taken the time to clean off road grime or interior grime from previous owners or auctions.
