"Called the deals regarding a car seen on CarGurus. Talked to the sales rep about the "2011 Hyundai with the Moonroof". He confirmed it was still there, we made an appt for me to come by the next morning. I took time off work to go over first thing the next day, but the car did not have a moonroof. The sales rep was totally unfamiliar with the Used car inventory, and every time I asked about another car on the lot he had to go back into the dealership to get info on the year, mileage and price. Total waste of my time"
