"The entire buying experience was fine. All went well until they were
unable to provide the second key fob. They promised to locate it
and mail it to me. When that didn't happen I called an d was told by
the salesman that he would follow up with the person who had
knowledge of it. I never heard back. I sent two e-mails to the sales
manager asking for assistance. My e-mails were never
acknowledged. Three weeks later and no key fob and no contact
from the salesman or the sales manager."

"The salesperson Johnathan was honest, direct, and responsive to my
inquires and most importantly MINIMAL HAGGLING. I did not purchase
the vehicle because the finance representative reported that the APR was
out of his control--- NOT TRUE! I walked away and that phoned back with
a 2% increase in APR but still very HIGH APR for decent credit. If your
paying cash and have low tolerance for the "sales pitch" or aka "haggling"
then see Johnathan. .. If financing or leasing LOOK ELSEWHERE they get
a kick-back from the interest you pay!!!!!!!"

The first real person I get in touch with sends me an email, when
can you stop by and look at cars? The reason I'm on the internet
is so I don't have to drive to every dealer in LA. I can narrow it
down to a few and then stop. So I email him back, I'm have a
specific on and looking for info before I drive over to his dealership.
