The truck was supposed to be inspected. They had 3 days to get it done, and were unable to accomplish the task. I called 4 times, to make sure I got both sets of keys. The salesman never followed up. Also, they were unable to fax both ways to my finance company. Subsequenlty, the buyers order was not delivered. I had to follow up with them 3 times for that. "

When we got to the dealership, Wade came out said he had other customers and turned us over to somebody else. We went to see the van and it was missing the middle seat in the 2nd row. The man helping us did not know where it was and didn't offer to find us one. We sat in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do and he came back out and said he would try to contact the previous owner. He then came out and said Wade told him not to bother. Wade never came out and apologized or spoke with us. Now, I get automated calls from the dealership every day. We ended up at Toyota of Dallas with an older black man named Larry (in case you look for him), who was wonderful. We bought a Sienna from him. "
