Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "When I first talked with a salesman I was very impressed, and we discussed several things concerning the truk I was looking at, and he called and left me a message about the truck, but before I waas able to answer it another agent called to let me know that they were going to sell the truck at auction, and he wouldn't allow me to speak to the agent I had started discussing things with. I think this was handled very badly. Who knows if they had spoken to me correctly I might still have purchased the truck and whatever was wrong I could have gotten fixed on my own. This last man that said the truck would be sold at auction didn't even give me a chance to discuss antthing with him about. The way he said it they didn't want to do business concerning the truck, and that was that. I just hope that they didn't do any harm to the agent I first spoke with. Next time they should talk to the interested party and discuss the situtation before they let the axe fall."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "The salesman I was dealing with on the phone/via email, was not at the dealership the day I came to look at the vehicle. (I didn't know that until I got there) I tried to haggle but they were not willing to compromise on the price so I left. I got almost 10 miles from the dealership when the salesguy called me and told me they had a trade in that someone had traded in the day before that was the same make but a different year of what I was looking for. I asked him on the phone, why he waited until after I left to notify me, and he said he "forgot". He said the car had not been inspected at all, but that I could have it for my asking price if I came to get it right then. I asked him "So there could potentially be a bunch of thigns wrong with it but you're going to sell it to me anyway?" He said yes, and that if I wanted it inspected for safety, that I wouldnt get my asking price, as they always jack up the price of the cars that go thru their mechanic. He also confessed to quoting me prices that his dealership manager hadn't yet approved, so while we were price haggling when I was actually there in person, he'd basically been lying the whole time about how far he could come down. I'm very glad I walked away from this dealership."
