I purchased this 2009 Buick Enclave with 39k miles as a one owner vehicle. Then added 15k miles in a short seven months. During that time we had taken 6 road trips of 1000 miles or more. unable to provide the second key fob. They promised to locate it
and mail it to me. When that didn't happen I called an d was told by
the salesman that he would follow up with the person who had
knowledge of it. I never heard back. I sent two e-mails to the sales
manager asking for assistance. My e-mails were never
acknowledged. Three weeks later and no key fob and no contact
from the salesman or the sales manager."
