2000 BMW Z3 2.3 Convertible Review
by HyperMatrix

Feels and sounds Great. All eyes will be on you. Maintenance is D-I-Y and Cheap! Definite Buy!

It's a great car that I'd recommend. It could definitely use a boost in Acceleration, so I'd recommend the 2.8 or Z3M over this car. Cost of ownership is great. Mass produced car with plenty of parts available on eBay at low costs. Lots of do it yourself guides. This car gets more attention than a lot of the newer BMW'z (barring the ...

Avg. Dealer Rating: (1 review) "This place couldn't even be considered a dealership! It was a junkyard, and I was fooled to believe otherwise. When I found what I thought was a great deal, I called them to ask them if they would hold the vehicle for me till the weekend, since I lived 220 miles away. He said he would if I gave him $100, which I did do (BIG mistake on my part). Of course when I got there (after getting a hotel room, spending $60+ on gas and $35 on AutoReport.com) the car wouldn't start. It took the mechanic a good few minutes to get it started. It was completely rusted thru on the driver side floor, could see the ground. And the entire interior was greasy. It looked like a mechanic rubbed his greasy hands over every inch of it! Keith (the owner) left sick conveniently before I got back from the test drive. He will not refund my $100! And what makes this so frustrating is that he knew how far i was travelling to look at this Jeep! And he didn't have the decency to tell me how bad of shape this vehicle was in. NEVER buy a car from this backwoods junkyard!!!"
