We found a car and made an offer, and after a week of the salesman stalling, saying the car was being used by employees, etc, sold to someone else. Lied straight to my daughter's face, telling her that she was the only buyer for the car, not to worry, etc. After a week of getting the runaround, we were told that the car went back to the seller--but was actual sold to someone else. A long a winding story from the manager ensued, which didn't match the salesman's stories at all. Basically professional liars with no integrity at all."

After 20 minutes I was told to go over to the other lot, and when I arrived the salesperson was still not around. Was told he was with his wife and would be there in 10 minutes. Anyway, the car was good, but the salesperson didn't know anything about it (granted it wasn't a honda- but still). The GM offered a much lower price to me when I was walking out the door, which got my interest. But then he was offended when I asked to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic. RED FLAG. Wouldn't buy anything that pricy without checking it out first."

They did not warn us to have it correct to factory spec's. Results we paid over $6000 in correct cost. Desert BMW of Henderson and Auto world are incompendent and unreliable and over price. With no honesty of product sold and no service after the sale. They are focused on selling contracts of long duration to banks, for major profit and maximum interest for their instant cash. True these are the same for all dealerships in Las Vegas and nationally. They sell you the car that makes them the most profit. Not the car or car deal you want. If there was a zero star rating, BMW would get mine. Even their BMW finance is inflexible and would tow your vehicle at the first hint of financial crisis, such as the past 12 years here in the United States. I am thinking the millionaire owners dealer, of all dealerships look at all customers like guppies with no brains, and they are right we keep biting their bait, and getting a car for high price, and short term use. By the time the vehicle we purchased from BMW for $18,000 plus $4000 down pymt, and the added cost to correct the safety defect. We took the car to another dealer to purchase a BMW Z4, with our car only having 37000 actual miles, in pristine condition. They only wanted to give us $3500 on a $25,000 plus Z4 with over 64000 miles on it. What a rip off. I don't care to deal with them or any dealerships, with their excessive prices, low or no customer service of their product, as they do not stand behind them, other than making fast maximum profit. Picking the financial bones off their disillusioned customers."
