"The communication with this dealer was horrible, thier online chat representative is ignorant and needs to learn online chat manners. I drove down to see vehicle after speaking with a person to set up test drive and they knew I was coming to find vehicle sold. I was very intersted in car, deal fell through and I call two days later because I was still list but now with an increase of $500. They would not explain why the increase and would not honor previosly listed price. STAY AWAY THIS DEALER!"

"Location is difficult to deal with. Little or no parking available on the street or on the property. Helpful salesmen, but I did have to ask someone to find my salesmen (instead of being asked if I needed assistance when I walked in). Honestly, this is BMW, I expect a higher level of customer service. I can be ignored on the Infiniti or Lexus lots and pay less for a car."
