"We worked with a salesmen who answered my questions, but didn't offer any additional information. When we were ready to purchase the car, I scheduled a time to be there that same day. I had saved the car I wanted on the CarMax website and set-up notifications if the status of the car changed. After making arrangements to come pick up the car...that same day...I got a notification that the car was no longer available!! Needless to say, I went somewhere else to purchase a car. I ended up getting a brand new car for only $2,000 more than I was going to pay CarMax for a car that was over 2 years old!"

When I confronted the salesman, who originally told me he was the owner, he suddenly had to consult his manager to see if there was anything that could be done to remedy the situation. There of course was not. End of discussion. I will be in touch with the Better Business Bureau."
