Their sales people are straight up - fair price from the get go, prepared vehicle for sale per their safety check. Direct, fair, honest interactions. Car in excellent condition. Very professional. I did not purchase that car, and they were more than gracious and understanding (they were holding the car for me, then I backed out --- I was not very considerate). Re the Honda Element, again they offered fair price with 'no muss no fuss'. The car was sold before I could make a decision - my fault not theirs. I would highly recommend them for purchase of new or used car. They are THE BEST - and make the car buying experience very easy - especially if you are a woman, buying without a man or other person assisting. No worries that you will not be dealt with fairly."

Was looking at a newer 2010 Audi S4 with only 10K miles but it wasn't CPO. So i asked why and the first salesman tells me that it had a hard-wired radar detector installed by the last owner and Audi won't CPO any car that the wiring has been tampered with. Then he adds that the tires are new but not Audi approved (Continental DWS) which is strange because I saw other Audis on the lot with DWS's. So we come back again, about a week later and speak with another sales guy about the same car. This time the story changes as to why it's not CPO worthy. He tells me that the car had been "chipped" and Audi won't CPO a chipped car...Now this I beleive. So one salesguy alters the truth so as to not mention that the car was performance chipped. And another sales guy spills the beans. Then we go in just before 5pm on a Sat. and we're told that they are closing early and that we can come back Monday....but that they would call us over the weekend with their rock bottom price for the car... umm okay, but they never called. Odd... I'm always amazed at car salesman. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt though. I haven't written them off yet as unuseable."

Dealer Rating: (1 review) "When I first got there, I knew it was going to take a long time for a sales person to see me because there was no one out there (probably were babies because of the cold weather). I saw my car, knew what I wanted and just went right into the shop and asked if I could test drive the car. The guy didn't even ask for my drivers license or even put anything on the car just incase I got pulled over. When we were talking, I was asking him questions (but I knew them already because I researched the car)....I knew more than the sales person!!! OMG!! So 2 days later I went back with my dad (after I decided I wanted that car). My dad jacked up the car, inpected, drove it, infront of the manager of the dealership. It seemed like he was "very angry" the whole time because my dad was pointing all of the these little mistakes with the car. After 2 hours of inspecting and with a down payment of $1000 to hold the car. We came back 2 days later and bought the car. With all of the problems with the car, the manager (or the seller on the phone) only went down $400....give me a break....all of those fixes that we have to do is more than that. But I wanted that car so bad, I ended up getting it, paid and full so I didn't have to deal with these people anymore and I could get that car to a safe and nice place. I gave them two stars because it didn't seem like they cared and just wanted the money....just like every other car dealer out there. So my suggestion is, don't ask questions, research the car yourself, get in, get out....get what you want and let it be over with."
