I know that something went wrong with the vehicle I test drove and he got it fixed the next day and called to tell me. I wouldn't have known if he wouldn't have told me. My only complaint was that he was too high and would not negotiate a better deal. He only came $500 off his price which was like $1700 above Kelley Blue Book. I later found the same make/model in great shape for $3000 less. In my experience here, it was better for me to wait and shop around."

It wouldn't even start when we first tried to test drive it. The salesman kept rambling about how it was such a great truck and how honest the dealership was. I asked for a carfax report and he dodged the question until I drove an hour to the dealership. He then said "We are an honest dealership here, and I would like to let you know this car has been in a minor accident". He then lied about the DMV laws in Kentucky (where the truck was from) and continued to feed me crap. I had to laugh in his face and walk away. If you buy used, do not come to this place because they will only disclose what they are legally required to tell you. If you look young, inexperienced, etc. they will try to sell you the most troublesome clunker on the lot."
