They had us go all the way out there to see a Toyota Matrix they said they had a few hours ago and when we got there they said they had just sold it - even though they knew we were coming from Norman and had an appointment - they never called us to let us know it was sold. Then the only vehicle they were interested in showing us was a white Matrix - totally not what we had gone out to see - the advertized vehicle was a charcoal Matrix. This is not an honest dealer - they use the bait and switch theory. Even now, 7 days later, they still have the charcoal Maxtrix listed for sale on line. Don't buy from this dealer!"

However, we were told on the phone twice before we went to look at the car that we would be given a fair trade in price on our vehicle. We drove an hour to get to this dealership and when we got there we received the lowest quote on our trade-in vehicle that we had received at 4 other dealerships; the biggest difference in price was $4,000. We understand that it can be difficult to appraise a vehicle over the phone, but if we were at least given a general idea that this dealership would not be worth our time and effort, we could have saved on valuable time, mileage and gas. Once we sell our vehicle privately, we do not plan on returning to this dealership to do business. "
