We corresponding all day Thursday and agrred for me to drive to Louisville on Saturday the 13th to close the deal. Later around 8:39 or so the same eving i got an e-mail saying the car was sold. I was never contacted about other buyers getting that car. I was never told that I should have the car held for me or that I should put some money down on it to hold the car. I asked for someone to expalin to me what happened but I got no response from the dealer after two whole days of trying to contact them. All of my e-mails eventually started coming back to me saying my messages are now all "Undelivierable." Still to this day I have not heard back from this Acura dealership after asking for a simple reason as to what happened. I have lost "ALL" respect for this dealership and have expressed my feelings to many others that I know. All of my freinds and contacts have said they will never buy an car from Acura At Oxmoor in Louisville. "

Noticed that they had just posted the car again an hour earlier online so I called and spoke with the manager. Advised that they had a serious buyer that was waiting on them but instead of calling me back, they decided to repost the car. Manager stated that he wasn't interested in my trade after I told him his car sales experience was lacking in the customer service dept. Also, he hung up the phone on me when I started asking questions about the car considering they have been selling like crazy and they've been hard to find. They've had this one for 3 months and are selling it for alot lower than most dealerships within a 500 mile radius. It is the 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STI, and they were coming off the price down to16k. If you look at this car, GET A COMPRESSION TEST DONE BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING! ALSO GET A CARFAX HISTORY REPORT DONE TO ENSURE IT HAS NO TITLE ISSUES. I'm a very smart buyer and do my research beforehand, that really must have scared them considering they acted the way that they did. "
