All the items that I noticed on the car that needed fixing were fixed, actually they were replaced with new items. The car was for my teenage son, his first car actually so there had to be extra care. Ms. Hancock and entire sales team were professional and courteous. No haggling, no games. I will be back for another car soon.

"The car was dirty when I went the first time and even dirtier the nex time. The dealer said the carfax was free. well the car fax online shows several incidents but no details. I went back today to see the car fax and he said that he did not have it and would have to pay for it. He was willing to let me have the manufacturer check it out. I just do not undertsand how a delaer will not pay $20 for a carfax for a $35K+ vehicle. That fact alone killed a potential sale"

"Bought a car from them and was unhappy so took it back after a week but my three days was up so they traded the car for 3000 less than value. Then our new trade in check engine light came on 24hours later. So I took it in to them before the 3 day take back offer expired. They changed the gas cap and charged me $100. Then the check engine light came on again but it was after the 3days. I have owned the car for 6 months and have only driven it for 2 of the 6 months and have spent over $4000 in repairs on this vehicle. I am not impressed with their services our their talk about wanting their customers to be happy."
